There are 40 participating merchants in Singapore available for spending to get the rebates. Some of the restaurants are part of Love Dining programs while some offer 10Xcelerator Platinum.
It will be bang for your bucks to dine at Love Dining with 50% off your total bills otherwise with 10Xcelerator Platinum Partners will be good to earn 20X Membership Rewards Points (equivalent to 7.81 miles per dollar) on eligible spend.

This offer is not strictly to be used in Singapore. In fact, for those currently overseas, you can use it at participating restaurants too.
