Conclusion
I enjoyed the service and coziness at Nook. I hope the experience will be the same or better for Platinum at Basque Kitchen. Nook at Capitol enjoys cheap parking or free parking if you spend a certain amount while the parking fee is a nightmare when you park at One Fullerton.
