American Express is bringing its global Shop Small movement to Singapore to encourage shoppers to show their love for local businesses. From now till 31st December 2020, Card Members will be able to get S$5 cashback (up to three times per registered card) from spending at least S$10 across 2,000 participating Shop Small businesses in Singapore.
